Return/ Refund policy
Non-Returnable/Non-Exchangeable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Gift cards and e-vouchers
- Sale items and those purchased with vouchers or gift cards
- Items that are not in their original condition
- Items missing tags
- Items without their original packaging
- Items that show signs of wear, including traces of perfume, smoke, deodorant, or body odor
- Items with marks or damage, such as from fake tan, deodorant, or makeup

Cancellation Policies
You may cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase as long as it has not yet shipped. To do so, contact us as soon as possible and include your order number in an email to emchic.support@emwear.vn. The cancellation will be processed within 24 hours, and you will receive a confirmation email. Please note that a 5% transaction fee will not be refunded.
For pre-orders, if the items have not shipped by the end of the estimated production timeframe, you may cancel your order and receive a full refund in the form of an e-voucher.
If your order has already shipped or is in transit, you cannot cancel it before it arrives. In this case, please follow our Return/Exchange Policies to return the goods.
Exchange Policies
For international customers, exchanges are available within 14 days of receiving your order. Please note that exchanges requested after this period may not be accepted. To qualify for an exchange, the item must be in its original, undamaged condition and not fall under the "Non-Returnable/Non-Exchangeable Items" criteria. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.
Original shipping costs and the 5% transaction fee are non-refundable for exchanges. Additionally, any return shipping costs, including import and export taxes, will be the customer's responsibility.
If the design you wish to exchange is unavailable, we will contact you to offer an alternative item, an e-voucher, or provide an estimate if the item will be restocked.
Emchic will not refund any difference if the exchanged item’s total value is less than the original order's value. Conversely, if the exchanged item’s total value exceeds that of the original order, the customer must cover the difference.
Each item is eligible for one exchange only.
We will send you the exchange item after receiving back the old item. We reserve the right to decline any returned item that is damaged or doesn't comply with our return/exchange policies. If we refuse your return, we will send the item back to you. You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs beforehand.
Return Policies
Emchic only accepts return requests for items that are defective due to manufacturing issues. Our return policy allows you 14 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
Unboxing Video Requirement: To be eligible for a return, you must provide a full-angle unboxing video. This video is crucial for documenting any damage, so please ensure it is recorded in good lighting. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchanges without this video or if the video is edited or paused.
Items Without Unboxing Video: We cannot accept returns or exchanges for items that do not have an unboxing video.
To initiate a return, email us at emchic.support@emwear.vn with your order ID, the unboxing video, and close-up images of any defects.
Once your return request is received, we will provide instructions on how to return the item(s) to us.
Please note that Emchic reserves the right to refuse any return or exchange requests made after the 14-day period. For any return-related inquiries, feel free to contact us at emchic.support@emwear.vn.
Refund Policy
For exchanged items, you will receive a voucher for the item’s value, minus the original shipping cost and transaction fee. If the product is faulty, we will cover all fees and offer a full refund if you prefer that over a voucher.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the refund status. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to complete the processing and post the refund.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you have not received your refund, please contact us at emchic.support@emwear.vn.
